Doing fan art was always a touchy subject for me, as I didn't want to be known or get known by rehashing other people's work and characters and I would much rather gain any notoriety by my original ideas and characters. Even still - I ended up creating fan art, but wanted to do it mostly with my own spin on it within my areas of fandom.
